Cobalt Octoate
Synonym: Cobalt Octoate, Cobalt 2-Ethylhexanoate
Features: This series of products is composed of sodium 2-ethylate soap and cobalt salts. This product has good solubility, low unsaponifiable substances, low toxicity, and low taste. When used in light colored paint, it can reduce the color of the paint film and improve its luster. It has good promoting and drying properties.
Application: Used as a paint drying agent, unsaturated polyester resin promoter, catalyst; Used as a plastic stabilizer; Used for organic synthesis of benzoic acid, phenylacetic acid, acetophenone, etc.
Manganese Octoate
Synonym: Manganese Octoate, Manganese 2-Ethylhexanoate
Features: This series of products is composed of isooctanoic acid and inorganic manganese acid, and is a special drying agent for paints. It has good drying properties for the middle and low layers of coatings and is generally used in conjunction with cobalt and lead soaps.
Application: Mainly used as a paint drying agent; Can be used as a fungicide.
Lead Octoate
Synonym: Lead Octoate, Lead 2-Ethylhexanoate
Features: This series of products is composed of isooctanoic acid and lead oxide. It is a specialized drying agent for paint and plastic runways. In coatings, it can promote the drying of the bottom layer of the paint film to obtain a tough and hard film, and improve the adhesion of the paint film.

Zinc Octoate

It is an excellent pigment wetting agent; It can be used as a catalyst for polyurethane coatings and elastomers, promoting the crosslinking of aliphatic isocyanates and shortening the curing time.

Calcium Octoate
Synonym: Calcium Octoate, Calcium 2-Ethylhexanoate
Features: This series of products is a coordinated drying agent that can form high molecular weight functional complexes with hydroxyl groups or other polar genes in the resin. Combining with cobalt can effectively improve the drying ability of cobalt. The promoting dryness of this product is not as fast as that of lead, but the toughness and hardness performance of the system after actual drying are significantly better than that of the lead drying system. The combination of zirconium drying agent and cobalt in white alkyd self drying system has good color retention performance and the paint film is not prone to yellowing.
Application: Mainly used as a drying agent for paint systems with less impact on color.
Zirconium Octoate
Synonym: Zirconium Octoate, Zirconium 2-Ethylhexanoate
Features: This series of products is a coordinated drying agent that can form high molecular weight functional complexes with hydroxyl groups or other polar genes in the resin. Combining with cobalt can effectively improve the drying ability of cobalt. The promoting dryness of this product is not as fast as that of lead, but the toughness and hardness performance of the system after actual drying are significantly better than that of the lead drying system. The combination of zirconium drying agent and cobalt in white alkyd self drying system has good color retention performance and the paint film is not prone to yellowing.

Features: This series of products is composed of sodium 2-ethylhexanoate soap and inorganic copper salts. Mainly used as an inhibitor for unsaturated resin polymerization. It has anti fouling and anti-corrosion effects in the coating system.
Application: Used as a mold proof, stain proof, and anti-corrosion agent for coatings; Used as a good polymerization inhibitor and stabilizer for high temperature mixing with styrene in unsaturated resins; Adding an initiator to an unsaturated resin has a promoting effect.
Potassium Octoate
Synonym: Potassium Octoate, Potassium 2-Ethylhexanoate
Features: This series of products is composed of isooctanoic acid and potassium carbonate. The product has the advantages of stable acid value, stable molecular weight, light color, and good catalytic effect. In unsaturated resins, using cobalt salt in combination can reduce the amount of cobalt salt used and have a significant promoting effect on drying.
Application: Used as a polymerization promoter for unsaturated polyester resin; In combination with other soap salts, a colorless accelerator can be prepared.
Sodium Octoate
Synonym: Sodium Octoate, Sodium 2-Ethylhexanoate
Features: This product is formed by direct reaction of isooctanoic acid and alkaloids. Mainly used as an excellent additive in unsaturated polyester resin.
Application: In unsaturated polyester resin, it cannot be used alone, but in combination with cobalt salts, which can significantly promote the effect and reduce the amount of cobalt used. Used in combination with cobalt, calcium, and copper, it can be formulated as a colorless accelerator.
Rare Earth Octoate
Synonym: Rare Earth Octoate, Rare Earth 2-Ethylhexanoate
Features: This series of products is a carboxylate synthesized from light rare earths mainly composed of cerium in the lanthanide element and isooctanoic acid. Rare earth drying agent is a non-toxic new type of drying agent. This product has excellent storage stability, light color, small odor, good fluidity, and good drying effect. When used in light colored paint, it has better properties, reducing the color of the paint film and improving its luster. Manganese Naphthenate
Features: This series of products is composed of naphthenic acid and inorganic acid manganese. Manganese naphthenate is a drying agent in coatings, which can promote the formation of a film on the bottom layer of the coating. It is commonly used in conjunction with cobalt and lead.

Lead Naphthenate

Zinc Naphthenate

Calcium Naphthenate

It cannot be used alone in unsaturated resins but with cobalt and potassium to obtain a light or colorless effect.

Features: This series of products is composed of sodium naphthenate soap and inorganic copper salts. Mainly used as an unsaturated resin polymerization inhibitor and also as a bleeding agent in antifouling paint. Used in marine antifouling paint, it can enhance the toughness of the paint film and increase the bleeding rate of the antifouling agent. Features: This series of products is divided into:
1) TY-CQ-1000C: Used in alkyd resin based air dried paints, environmentally friendly and lead-free, especially suitable for producing white paint.

LC-7 Ink Manganese Drier
Features: This series of products belongs to manganese isooctanoate, mainly used in the production of ink. It must be used in conjunction with other drying agents such as cobalt. Compared with manganese naphthenate desiccants, they have advantages such as good solubility, less usage, high purity, light color, light odor, and low viscosity.

LC-8 Ink Cobalt Drier
Features: This series of products belongs to cobalt isooctanoate and is mainly used for the production of ink. It must be used in conjunction with other drying agents. This product has excellent storage stability, and compared to cobalt naphthenate, it has a small odor and good drying effect. PE Paint Drier
Features: This series of products is divided into TY-EC-6, TY-EC-6E, and TY-EC-6F, all of which are dedicated drying agents for Pe coatings. Among them, TY-EC-6 is a pure cobalt drying agent with short curing time and easy polishing. TY-EC-6E is a composite cobalt drying agent with a light color and easy to polish. TY-EC-6F is a composite cobalt desiccant with a light color. Good anti greening effect.
Application: Mainly used in unsaturated polyester paint.
